Link2eLearning – Terms and Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions of Use:

The following Terms and Conditions of Use policy apply to anyone accessing this website; completing the registration process; or logging on to our Link2eLearning e-service or online courses. In using this e-service or visiting this website you are indicating your agreement to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use.

Access to Password Protected or Secured Areas:

Once you have registered, you will receive a confidential password and ID to log into our Link2eLearning portal, required to access any of our online courses. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any designated username and password. We trust that you will not misuse or share these for any purpose, which means that you are not permitted to transfer your right to use the Link2eLearning service to any other person, misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with an entity, impersonate any person or entity, or misstate the origin of any materials you are exposed to through this website.

Limited Right to Use:

Your registration provides you with a limited nonexclusive license to use the Link2eLearning course content by viewing or printing. Course subscriptions are valid for six months from the date of purchase. However, all course content is owned and copyrighted by WellNet Solutions Inc. and as such, you may not share your access nor distribute, copy, download, modify, sell, or resell any content from the Link2eLearning service or any of its online courses to others in any form without the prior written permission of WellNet Solutions Inc. The use of any such materials on any other website or networked computer environment or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and such unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark and other similar laws. Any unauthorized use will also be considered a breach of your registration agreement and effectively terminates the user license granted by WellNet Solutions Inc.

Limitation of Liability:

WellNet Solutions Inc. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published on this site or in any of its online courses. WellNet Solutions Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site and WellNet Solutions Inc. shall have no liability for any information, instructions or responses given by it or its representatives. All materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Delivery Policy:

All of our Link2eLearning courses are delivered via the Internet. Once your registration is completed and your transaction approved, you can immediately take your course(s).

After registration is complete, our system will send you e-mail verification including:

  • Details on the number of course subscriptions purchased
  • How to self-register for the course(s).
  • The Activation Code – user name and password –required to access each online course.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final – we do not provide refunds for any courses purchased through Link2eLearning.

However, WellNet Solutions prides itself on service excellence, so if you have made an error in course choice during registration, or you are not satisfied with the online course you purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns via e-mail to support@link2elearning.com. This policy was posted September, 2006, and revised February, 2008. Please note that WellNet Solutions Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this Conditions and Terms of Use policy at any time. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
